THE FIRST PHASE OF LATEST SAUDIZATION TO IMPLEMENT FROM 11th SEPTEMBER
The first phase of latest Saudisation in 12 occupations to implement in Saudi Arabia from September 11th of 2018. Read : Saudi job market is expected to shrink
In the First phase, Expatriates Salesmen will be replaced with Saudi citizens (Men & Women) in the following sectors. Recommend : Fine and penalty on employer for each expat found in car rental sector
1. Car and Motorcycle shops
2. Clothing stores (Men and children clothing stores)
3. Furniture stores (Home and Office furniture stores)
4. Kitchen Utensils and Home Appliances
- The Second phase to start after 2 months which is from 9th November of 2018, It will cover all salesman jobs in the following sectors. See Also : No expats allowed to work in Gold & Jewelry shops

2. Watches and Clock Stores
3. Optical and Eye-wear stores
- The Third phase of Saudisation drive to start from 7th January of 2019, It will ban expatriates and allow Saudi nationals to work in the following sectors. Most Viewed : 100% Saudization in Insurance companies
1. Medical Equipment and Supplies stores
2. Building Material and Hardware stores
3. Auto Spare parts stores
4. Carpet and Floor covering selling stores
5. Sweet shops
