NEW NITAQAT COUNTS EXPAT MOTHER OF SAUDI CHILDREN AND SAUDI WOMEN CHILDREN
Foreigners women who are the mothers of Saudi children and children of Saudi women citizens to be counted as Saudi in new Saudization (Nitaqat) program. Recommend : No iqama renewals for this category professions
Dr. Ali Al Ghafis, Ministry of Labor and Social Development issued an order on this matter reported in Saudi Press Agency and Saudi Gazette latest article. Trending : New Revised Nitaqat
- All the previous orders and decisions that are contrary to this order will be null and void said the Minister and the order is going to effect from the date of order issued.
- Companies can now benefit in 'Saudi First' policy by hiring an Expat mother of Saudi children or the children of Saudi mother and Expat father. Related : Little space for expats in Saudi Vision 2030
- In the new nitaqat status they are treated as Saudi citizens and companies can benefit while calculating the percentage of Saudis in the organization.
