SECURITY AUTHORITIES BAN ENTRIES IN MAKKAH AHEAD OF HAJJ SEASON
Starting from July 9th, Saudi security authorities have banned entries in the holy city of Makkah due to Hajj season, the ban will continue till the end of the Hajj. Most Viewed : Temporary work for Hajj firms through Ajeer portal
Security authorities are allowing only those people at the Makkah entry points, who have resident permits or iqamas of the holy city, those who have Hajj permits and to those who are working for services firms. - More than 72,037 people and 30,449 vehicles turned back from various entry points of Makkah as the authorities on their campaign to stop unauthorized entries into the Holy city of Makkah in Hajj season.
- The security teams are carrying inspections around the clock at checkpoints of Makkah to prevent unauthorized people. Those who want to go to Taif or Riyadh should use Jeddah to Taif highway instead of going through Makkah. See Also : Change in Iqama professions open now
- Those who applied for Hajj this year can download their Hajj permits through Ministry portal. Those who are performing Hajj without legal permit will face deportation and 10 year ban from entering into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
