Saudi Arabia's Council of Ministers approved Green Card (Special Privilege Iqama) for qualified expatriates with a number of residency benefits to them.
1. All the nationalities with good relations with the Kingdom are eligible to get permanent residency of Saudi Arabia via Special Privilege Iqama.

3. Applicant should be clean from criminal record.
4. Applicant should not have any contagious diseases, he should submit his medical report.
