Saudi Expats leaving on Final Exit Visa can return anytime to Saudi Arabia on new Visa

Jawazat (The General Directorate of Passports) in Saudi Arabia has denied rumors which are circulating on social media that Saudi Expatriates who leave Kingdom on final exit visa will be banned for 3 years from returning to Saudi Arabia.




Expats those who left Saudi Arabia on final exit visas without any remarks against them, can return anytime into Saudi Arabia on a new visa, said Saudi Jawazat in its statement.

- The General Directorate of Passports also said that fines on delaying the renewal of iqama would be imposed after 3 days of the expiry date of iqama.




- For the first time a fine of 500 SR will be slammed for delaying iqama renewal, For the second time the will be doubled to 1000 SR, In case of delaying iqama renewal for the 3rd time, the penalty will be deportation of the expat.

- Jawazat in Saudi Arabia also cleared that iqama renewal of expatriates will only allowed if the head of the family is inside the kingdom, It doesnot matters whether the family members are outside or inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. However, If the Head of the family is outside the Kingdom, The iqama renewal is not possible.
