8.52 million Expatriates and Saudis are working in Saudi Arabia in both Private and Government Sector
The General Authority of Statistics of Saudi Arabia revealed that there are 6.61 million expatriates working in the private sector and government sector while the Saudis are 1.91 million by the end of the 2nd quarter of 2019. Read : 50% Selective Tax on Sugary drinks in Saudi Arabia
About 8.52 million Expatriates and Saudis are working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in both government and private sector by the second quarter of 2019.
- Most of the people are working in the private sector at a ratio of 96.9%, which is about 8.25 million while 267,400 people are working in the government sector with a ratio of 3.1%. Recommend : Dental jobs in Saudi Arabia to be nationalized
- Nearly 6.58 million expatriates are working for the private sector representing 99.5%, and there are small number of expats who are working for the government sector.
- According to the statistics of the 2019, There were one million public and private companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the end of the second quarter of the year. - The authority revealed that there were 1.67 million Saudis working in the private sector representing 87.6% while in government sector they were 12.4% with 236,900 people.
