Saudi Arabia's King Salman orders 10 Million US Dollars Aid to World Health Organization (WHO) to fight against Coronavirus
Saudi Arabia's King Salman issued an order to donate 10 million US dollars to support the WHO (World Health Organization's) efforts to fight against the deadly novel coronavirus (Covid-19). Trending : Saudi Arabia suspends travels to 14 countries temporarily
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and World Health Organization are working together to fight with the Coronavirus (Covid-19), After the borders of the countries failed to stop the spreading of the new virus. - In order to support the effort of World Health Organization, Saudi Arabia has provided $10 million for the implementation of urgent measures to minimize the spread of the disease and to support the countries with vulnerable health infrastructures.
- The Director General of WHO said "Greatly appreciates this generous Humanitarian Gesture from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin AbdulAziz and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, which will contribute significantly to efforts to safeguard global health". - As a precautionary measure, Saudi Arabia suspends travel of its citizens and residents to 14 countries, Saudi Arabia has 15 coronavirus cases, all of them are traveled from outside countries like Iran, Iraq, Bahrain and United Arab Emirates.
