Saudi Arabia decided to partially lift Curfew in all Regions except Makkah and the neighborhoods that previously isolated
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud had issued an order to lift the partial curfew all over the Kingdom except Makkah and some neighborhoods that isolated previously and the return of some economic activities with health measures, and has been issued the following:
First: Partially lifting the curfew in all regions of the Kingdom from 26th April 2020 (3rd Ramadan 1441), Sunday until 13th May 2020 (20th Ramadan 1441) Wednesday from 9 AM in the morning until 5 PM in the evening, while maintaining the complete curfew of 24 hours, in each of the cities of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and the neighborhoods previously declared isolated in previous decisions and statements.
Second: In addition to the activities excluded in the previous decisions, it is permitted to open some economic and commercial activities and practice their activities in the grace period referred to in the first clause, starting from 29th April 2020 (6th Ramadan 1441) Wednesday until 13th May 2020 (20th Ramadan 1441) Wednesday, In the following areas:
1. Wholesale and retail trade stores.
2. Commercial centers (malls).
With an emphasis on continuing to prevent any activity within those centers that does not achieve physical distance, including: beauty clinics, barber salons, sports and health clubs, recreational centers, cinemas, beauty salons, restaurants, cafes and other activities determined by the competent authorities.
Third: Allowing the contracting companies and factories to return to practice their activities without restrictions on time, according to the nature of their business, starting from 29th April 2020 (6th Ramadan 1441) Wednesday until 13th May 2020 (20th Ramadan 1441) Wednesday.
Fourth: The authorities responsible for monitoring economic, commercial and industrial activities, based on the instructions, precautionary measures and preventive measures approved by the Ministry of Health, and the competent authorities, follow up the extent of the commitment to implement the precautionary measures and preventive measures and submit daily reports thereon.
Fifth: Emphasis on continuing to apply social divergence measures, including continuing to prevent gatherings for social purposes for more than five people, such as: wedding events, solace councils, etc., as well as gathering in public places at times of permitting wandering.
Sixth: The prescribed penalties will be imposed and the facilities that violate the regulations and instructions will be closed according to the established procedures.
Seventh: These procedures are subject to continuous evaluation during the indicated period.
