Lifting additional precautionary measures for Samtah governorate from 11th May
The Ministry of Interior in Saudi Arabia announced that, in addition to what was previously announced on 24 Shaaban 1441 (17th April 2020) curfew for 24 hours in the governorates of (Samtah and Al-Dayer) in the Jazan region, it was decided in light of the health authorities ’recommendations to lift the additional precautionary measures for (Samtah) governorate. Lifting the additional precautionary measures for 'Samah' governorate, starting Tomorrow (11th May 2020), corresponding to Ramadan 18, 1441 AH, and the continuation of permitting the residents of the governorate to roam, to meet their needs, from 9 AM in the morning until 5 PM in the evening, as well as continuing the work of the excluded activities and the work of preventive health precautions, previously announced. - The Ministry of Interior declares this to confirm that these measures have been taken within the efforts made by the Kingdom to preserve public health by preventing the spread of the Corona virus, and is subject to continuous evaluation with health authorities, and calls upon everyone to sense their individual responsibilities to stick to it and follow to the isolation measures in the public interest.
