Saudi Arabia to bear VAT of 15% of Three Services
Saudi Arabia's government to bear VAT of 15% on three services and products on behalf of the Saudi citizens as per the General Authority of Zakat and Tax (GAZT).
The 3 services are private education, buying first house by the Saudi national (Should not be more than 850,000 SR) and health care in private hospitals said the General Authority of Zakat and Tax in the Kingdom.
- The clarification came from GAZT, After Saudi Arabia has raised its VAT from 5% to 15% on goods and services from 1st July 2020, in order to reduce the impact on economy due to the crisis of Covdi-19.
