Procedure of Final Exit Visa for those who are outside of Saudi Arabia - Jawazat
The Jawazat in Saudi Arabia said that it is not possible to issue a final exit visa, for those who are outside the Kingdom with an exit re-entry visa, and for those the only solution is to "drop the name after the expiration of the visa." This came in response to a question from one of the expatriate resident, that his daughter resides in the Kingdom on dependent visa and traveled to Sudan on an exit re-entry visa, and due to the circumstances of Corona virus (Covid-19) she will not return, and that he wanted to make a final exit visa for her, inquiring about the steps. - The Saudi Passports (Jawazat) stated, through its Twitter account that "the instructions do not allow this issuance of a final exit visa as the beneficiary is outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you can drop her name from your record after her visa expires as she went out and did not return."
