Transfer must, For renewing Iqama of Expat Son or Daughter over 25 years

The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) in Saudi Arabia has stated an important condition for renewing iqama of a dependent resident over the age of 25 years. Trending : Jawazat clarifies the position on expired final exit visas and exit re-entry visas




As per Jawazat, If the head of the family wants to renew iqama of all his dependents of his family and one of his son or daughter exceeded the age of 25 years, then in that case, his or her iqama must be transfer first.

- This is as per the decision in force and should be referred to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development said the General Directorate of Passports. Recommend : Health Ministry calls all parents to vaccinate their child on time

- This response came from the Jawazat official twitter account, where one of the beneficiary asked,

"Is it possible to renew iqama of one of my dependents, who has exceeded the age of 25 years, given that the Labor office refuses to transfer sponsorship before its renewal".




- The Jawazat replied it as, "The directives stipulate the transfer of services for those who have reached the age of 25 years as dependent except spouse, In order to be able to complete the renewal of iqama, please refer to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social development as long as you exceeded the legal age".
