Human Resources clarifies about transferring service from Individual to a Facility
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia clarified that transferring sponsorship from an individual to facility is not available temporarily.

- The official customer care account of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development responded on Twitter, saying: “Dear Customer: Transferring the service and changing the profession from an individual to a facility is temporarily unavailable.”
- The Ministry stated that in order to avoid crashing the official website of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, "Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome" must be used, as well as replacing smart devices by registering and logging in from a computer and trying again at different times.
