Saudi Arabia to create 17,000 jobs in Supermarkets & Hypermarkets by the end of 2021
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) in Saudi Arabia has launched an initiative to create 17,000 job opportunities for Saudi nationals (Men and Women) in supermarkets and hypermarkets of Kingdom by the end of the year 2021.
The HR Ministry called applications from Saudi citizens seeking jobs for initiation of a programme to localize jobs in provision stores. The deadline of submitting the applications will expire after 8 days.

- The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development plans to qualify the competitors for the project in order to localize supply jobs as part of National Transformation Program.
- The number of supermarket employees stands near to 105,000 with 37,000 Saudi nationals in it, at a rate of 35% Saudization. - The competing companies will review the work methodology, in order to execute and develop the project's operational plan, as well as the proposed implementation scenarios reports local media.
