Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announces Mechanism about receiving Abroad pilgrims from 1st November
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced that it will receive the pilgrims coming from abroad, starting from 1st November 2020.
Through video, The Ministry confirmed the implementation of the safe Umrah mechanism and controls for providing the service in a way that guarantees the safety to human health, by clarifying the tasks of the success partners from the internal Umrah companies and their qualified external agents. - The Ministry also revealed the regulations for providing services to pilgrims abroad by Umrah partners and travel agents outside the Kingdom, noting that the Kingdom is honored to start receiving pilgrims from abroad for the 3rd phase of the gradual return of Umrah, starting from 1st November 2020.
- The Ministry specified the responsibilities of the Saudi Umrah companies and external agents in educating the pilgrims of the precautionary measures that must be applied, from their arrival to the Kingdom until their departure, as well as checking the validity of all the data and information of the pilgrim’s passport, in addition to entering the advance data 24 hours before the arrival date maximum, with the entry of ticket data Confirmed aviation for each pilgrim, as well as accommodation data.
