 General Authority of Civil Aviation allows to operate departure Flights for Non-Saudis (Expatriates) but with conditions


The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) in Saudi Arabia announced that non-Saudis (Expatriates) will be allowed to leave the Kingdom, taking into account the precautionary measures to prevent the outbreak of the new Corona virus (Covid-19). In a circular describing it as "Urgent", "civil aviation" allowed foreign air carriers to operate charter flights for this purpose, on condition that the crew of the landing plane at the Kingdom's airport do not leave their plane, and that the staff of the arrival airport do not mix, taking into account the precautionary measures to prevent the spread Corona Virus.

- GACA indicated that these instructions do not include the countries in which the mutated Corona virus appeared, according to the decision of the competent health authority, and the carriers must coordinate with the General Administration of Air Transport about this before applying for flights.
