Health Ministry calls to Exercise Walking without feeling Bored in these Simple ways
The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia called everyone to practice walking, explaining several trips to help and ease the practice of this type sport.
The Health Ministry advised one to park his car and walk to the place he wants, stating that listening to audio clips helps the individual to walk more without feeling the distance. Trending : Date of lifting travel restrictions to be announced later - Ministry of Interior
- The Health Ministry said that practicing walking does not require sportswear, it can also be practiced in simple ways such as climbing the stairs, going to the mosque and shops near the house on foot instead of riding a car.
- The Ministry of Health advised to maintain this sport everyday for 30 minutes, calling for discovering new areas using different methods to avoid feeling bored, while practicing this sport. Read : Palestine issue is at forefront of Saudi Arabia's foreign policy
