 Instructions from Health Ministry to Citizens and Expats regarding Corona Vaccine


The Ministry of Health of Saudi Arabia advised its citizens and resident expatriates to quickly register for the Corona vaccine, in order to preserve their health safety and protect them from infection with the emerging corona virus disease (Covid-19). 



The Ministry of Health confirmed that the mask is not dispensed with immediately after vaccination, explaining that the start of vaccination with the Corona vaccine will be within the next few days.

- The Ministry also called everyone to be careful to wash hands with soap and water, as it is the most important way to prevent the Corona virus, and every person must wear a mask, whether medical or cloth, or a tight cover over the nose and mouth, with the exception of those who are alone in a closed place? - The Ministry said that the focus in the first phase will be on the main regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, highlighting that more than 150,000 people have registered in Sehhaty app to get the Covid-19 vaccine.

- It is expected that the Corona pandemic will end when most of society gets the vaccine, and when cases decrease dramatically, and specialized experts see that it is the right time to raise precautions.

- The Ministry of Health renewed the recommendation for everyone who has Corona symptoms to go to Tataman clinics that have prepared to serve those who feel symptoms of the Coronavirus, or Verify centers that the health has allocated to serve those who do not complain of symptoms, or have mild symptoms and think that they have had contact with an infected person, by booking an appointment through the application Sehhaty, or call the call center number (937) for consultations and inquiries and through the application (WhatsApp) via the number 920005937, and take advantage of interactive services.
