Saudi Airlines clarified that PCR Test result of Travelers must be in Print
Saudi Airlines revealed that the result of the new Corona virus test must be printed on paper and should be with the passenger.
This came as response after an inquiry from one of the beneficiaries, asking, Is the result of the Covid-19 test through message on the mobile is sufficient? - The official account of Saudi Airlines responded it via Twitter stating, "According to the statement of the concerned department, it must be printed in paper and should be with the passenger and under his responsibility upon arrival in the country of destination to show it to the concerned authorities after fulfilling all the requirements related to it".
- Earlier, The Saudi Airlines clarified on refunding the ticket money stating, the process of retrieving the amount of canceled tickets takes will be in between 3 to 21 days in case of payment done via cash payment, in the event of credit card payment, the refund period is 45 working days.
