Saudi Arabia to get AstraZeneca vaccine against Covid-19 within one Week
Saudi Arabia to receive 3 million doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine against the emerging coronavirus within a week. The agency said that Saudi Arabia will obtain the anti-corona vaccine from the Indian Serum Institute within a week, for $ 5.25 (19.69 SR) a dose.
This step comes as part of the Kingdom's efforts to provide vaccines to everyone. The Ministry of Health announced the approval of the "AstraZeneca and Moderna" vaccines to combat Corona virus.
- Earlier, the Health ministry approved the "Pfizer - BioNTech" vaccine, in conjunction with the increase in the number of workers in vaccine distribution centers in Saudi Arabia.
- The process of increasing appropriate expertise is underway for workers in vaccine distribution centers, The work cycle is getting faster and larger with the expansion of the vaccine reception halls.
- The Ministry of Health receives 100,000 doses of the Pfizer Bionic vaccine, per week, and plans to reach 80% of community immunity.
