The Minister of Health in Saudi Arabia, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, confirmed that the ministry will provide Corona vaccines from various sources in large quantities during the next few years.

- In a remotely delivered speech during the 20th Hajj and Umrah Scientific Research Forum, Al-Rabiah stated that the ministry has noticed, during the past four weeks, an increase in the epidemiological curve of Corona infections in Saudi Arabia.
- He explained that the Ministry of Health is currently working on flattening the epidemiological curve, and is also working seriously with various parties to apply more precautionary measures, after observing some carelessness as described.
- The Minister of Health pointed out the large size of health facilities, as Saudi Arabia increased the number of intensive care beds to 13,000 beds, an increase of 60%.
