SAUDI EXPATRIATES

'Noor Riyadh' is a city-wide festival of light and art consisting of numerous public art installations across the capital city, it will feature workshops, discussions, tours, presentations, volunteer programs, cinematic and musical events and recreational and educational activities.

- The 'festival of light' aims to improve the Riyadh's quality life in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, and to enhance the cultural and artistic aspects of the capital city, by transforming Riyadh into an open art gallery that blends the traditional with the contemporary, said the Minister of Culture, Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan. - He added that the festival sought to enhance community interaction spread art and beauty throughout the Riyadh and enrich the daily life of residents and its visitors, by promoting art in public places and local art movement, and encouraging more creativity and innovation.

- More than 20 countries lightning artists to be part of the light festival, about half of them are Saudi citizens. Its programs includes Noor Riyadh, Tuwaiq International Sculpture Symposium, Urban Art Lab, Joyous Gardens, Jewels in Riyadh, Welcoming Gateways, Art on the Move, Art in Transit, Urban Flow, The Hidden River - The Illuminated brdiges, The Hidden River - Art Trial, Garden city and Riyadh Icon.
