Saudi Arabia launches new drive-through Covid-19 Vaccine centers
The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia announced the launch of new drive-through vaccine centers, it also states that fluctuating coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases continue to examine authorities in the Kingdom.
With drive through vaccination centers, citizens and expats will be able to travel to the centers in Riyadh, Makkah, Madinah and Abha, and can book an appointment to take the vaccine at one of the center through the ministry’s Sehhaty app.
- The Health Ministry spokesperson Dr. Mohammed Al-Abdal-Aali added that Covid-19 cases have been fluctuating, some more than others in different regions, since the start of the new year. Recommend : More than 780,000 doses of Corona vaccine have been provided so far in Saudi Arabia
- He added, “We have been monitoring the numbers continuously and carefully. These numbers can go down of course if we all stick to the health precautions”, “Any type of carelessness from our society could lead us to stricter measures we do not want to take.”
- The Ministry of Health clarified that there are no recommendations to conduct a covid-19 test, before receiving the vaccine, indicating 4 instructions that the beneficiary must apply after receiving the vaccine.
* Monitor the emergence of side effects well and record them as soon as they appear.
