It is possible to Object 'Parking violation' in absence of Indicative Sign boards - Saudi Moroor
The General Traffic Department (Moroor) in Saudi Arabia explained that it is vehicle driver’s right to object to the violations that were recorded at the areas that have no signboards.
This came in response to a question from one of the motorists about a “parking violation” that was registered on him despite the absence of evidence indicating the ban, whether an instructional sign or ground signs, while the objection he submitted on the Absher platform was rejected, according to the Saudi Traffic account on Twitter. - The Saudi Moroor said, In that case, The vehicle driver can review the Traffic Authority at the District Traffic Department to find out the details of the violation and object to it, Thank you for your communication.
- According to Article 75 of the Saudi Traffic Law, the violator has the right to object to the seizure form before the competent court, within 30 days from the date of issuing the violation, unless the violator has an excuse, with which the court is convinced, that prevents him from submitting the objection.
