Absher's Messages and Requests service is now changed to 'Tawasul' in Absher account
The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) in Saudi Arabia announced that, in the framework of improving the efficiency of electronic transactions, the name of the 'Messages and Requests' Service in Absher has now been changed to the 'Tawasul' service.
This is in line to enable all users of Jawazat services to process messages and solve technical problems that delays them from carrying out their transactions electronically through the Absher platform and in conditions of raising efficiency of digital transactions.
- Jawazat confirmed this last week through its official Twitter account that, Tawasul service contributes to solving technical jawazat issues that could not be implemented on the Absher. Similar : 5 steps to activate notifications feature in Absher
- The problems that contribute to solving them include a communication service, Saudi passport and travel permits, procedures for the iqama of a resident inside the Kingdom, services of dependents and the sponsored, procedures for the iqama of a resident outside the Kingdom, and final exit and exit re-entry visas, according to the Jawazat.
- As well as visit visa, extension of the visit to Yemenis, extension of the visit to the Syrians, transfer of services, modification of professions, the updating and extension of the passport and reports, reveals Jawazat.
- To use the Tawasul service, the required service is explanation of the requested service, indicating the resident Iqama number or the border number, and the attachments are uploaded to the case, if any, according to the General Directorate of Passports. - The service cannot be executed, if the resident expat does not belong to the Absher account from whom he sent, and no request will be considered, if the request does not fall under the selected service, and this service does not include inquiries, and the order execution period reaches 7 days.
