Saudi Supreme Court calls to sight Ramadan Crescent on Sunday through the Kingdom
The Supreme Court in Saudi Arabia has called on all Muslims throughout the Kingdom to sight the crescent of the holy month of Ramadan on Sunday evening (29th Shaaban 1442 as per Umm al-Qura calendar), which is on 11th April 2021.
Those who see the new moon with the naked eye or through binoculars can inform the nearest court and register his testimony, or report any authority of the region's center in his area to facilitate his reaching to the nearest court. - In case if it's sighted on the Sunday evening, the Court has called to sight the crescent next day on Monday and to inform the nearest court of those who see it with the naked eye or through the binoculars.
- The court hopes for those who have the ability to show interest in the matter, to join the committees formed in the regions for this purpose and calculate the reward by participating in it because of the cooperation in righteousness and piety and the benefit of all Muslims.
