Saudization of Educational Jobs in Private, International Schools announced HR Minister Al Rajhi
The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed bin Salman Al-Rajhi, issued a ministerial decision to localize the first phase of educational jobs in private schools and international schools for boys and girls.
According to the ministry, it aims to localize number of specializations to create 28,000 jobs for Saudi citizens in several phases that are applied at specific rates over the coming 3 years.
- The decision aims to increase the rates of Saudization in private schools in all disciplines, including mathematics, physics, biology, science and computer. Trending : Coronavirus Vaccines mandatory for all employees to attend workplace in Saudi Arabia
- The first phase to increase the rates of Saudization in the international schools covering specializations of the Arabic language, national identity and Islamic studies, social, art and physical education as a first stage in international schools.
- The decision also aims to provide 28,000 educational jobs for the Saudi nationals and to build the nation in private and global education during the next 3 years, as this decision is in line with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development's plan for Saudization and increasing opportunities for Saudis to participate in the labor market and support the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
