Several People with Corona arrested in Najran, Hail and Makkah for violating Isolation measures
The Najran region police in Saudi Arabia announced the arrest of 46 people in the region, for violating the instructions of isolation and quarantine after it was confirmed that they were infected with the Corona virus (Covid-19).
The media spokesman for Najran Police, Major Abdullah Al-Ashwi said that, in coordination with the Executive Committee to follow up on the implementation of precautionary measures, the security authorities were able to arrest violators of the precautionary measures and preventive measures taken to confront the Corona pandemic (Covid-19).

- The Makkah Al-Mukarramah region police announced the arrest of 113 people in the region, for violating the instructions of isolation and quarantine, after it was confirmed that they were infected with the Corona virus.
- The media spokesman for the Hail police, Captain Tariq Al-Nassar and Makkah region said that, in coordination with the Executive Committee to follow up on the implementation of precautionary measures, the security authorities were able to arrest 12 people in the Hail region and 113 in Makkah region, for violating the instructions of isolation and quarantine, after it was confirmed that they were infected with the Corona virus.
- Initial regular measures were taken against all of them, and referred their cases to the Public Prosecution for further action.
- The provisions and penalties specified for violators of the precautionary and preventive measures taken to confront the Corona pandemic stipulated that whoever violates the instructions of isolation or quarantine shall be punished with a fine of up to 200,000 riyals, or imprisonment for a period not more than 2 years, or both.
- In case of repeating violation, the penalty will be doubled, If the above mentioned violation was committed by a non-Saudi (expat) individual, he will be punished by deportation from the Kingdom, and his entry will be permanently banned after the penalty imposed against him has been implemented.
