Tawakkalna app update includes new Hajj, SOS services and updating Mobile number
The Tawakkalna app in Saudi Arabia has announced the launch of its new version which includes special services that includes transport tickets between Holy sites in Makkah, Emergency SOS and updating phone number.
This is in line to allow accommodation facilities , in cooperation with Ministry of Tourism to manage institutional quarantine. In an effort to support Saudi government efforts to serve pilgrims, Tawakkalna in cooperation with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah allow users to purchase transport tickets to Holy sites.
- This is in addition to companions management service, which allows the companion in Hajj and Umrah to accept or reject requests to be a companion doing Hajj and Umrah. Trending : Saudi Arabia approves giving two doses of different corona vaccines
- This service comes to improve the credibility, it will also allow the permit issuer to manage services of beneficiaries with special needs.
- While SOS service, allows beneficiaries to send an SOS to the Saudi Red Crescent Authority and review the status of the SOS. This service will allow the SRCA's team to arrive in the shortest period of time to the location of the incident. - The Tawakkalna app new services include updating mobile number, this allows citizens, residents, GCC citizens and visitors to update their mobile number before signing in and through clicking on the 'help' icon on signing in page.
- Tawakkalna app continues to support Saudi government's efforts to confront the Corona pandemic. In this regard, it allows accommodation facilities to issue institutional gathering permits of all non-Saudi visitors and unvaccinated individuals coming to Saudi Arabia, who are subject to quarantine. - This service allows accommodation facilities to manage institutional gathering and identify the health status of included individuals, to use Tawakkalna services, Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority called on all update the app to the latest version.
