Kuwait suspends Direct flights from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka


The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) of Kuwait has issued a new circular to airlines stating the cancellation of direct or connected flights from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka until 10th August 2021.







Airlines cancelling all bookings made by passengers from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka and stopped further bookings directly from these countries at least until 10th August 2021. Similar : Kuwait to allow fully vaccinated Expats to return from August

- However, the cabinet decision allowed expats with valid residencies to enter Kuwait, stating they did not require to quarantine for 14 days in a third country, for those coming from countries where no direct commercial flights are available.

- But all the passengers arriving to Kuwait must met with 4 conditions in order to entry :





1. Must have valid residence permit and fully vaccinated with the approved vaccines (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Johnson and Johnson).

2. PCR test with negative result must within 72 hours of taking flight. Recommend : Indians who took Covishield vaccine can register to return to Kuwait

3. PCR test during first 3 days of home quarantine and ends quarantine period after the negative result.

4. Institutional quarantine required for domestic workers, in order to ensure the safety and health of Kuwaiti families. Follow Saudi Expatriates on Twitter
