Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah and Taif tops in Active corona cases in Saudi Arabia on 5th July
The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia records 1,247 Corona virus cases, 1,429 recoveries and 15 deaths in the last 24 hours, bringing the total infections in the Kingdom to 494,032 with 474,368 recoveries and 7,891 deaths.
While active corona cases falls to 11,773 of which 1,350 are critical and are in intensive cares. Riyadh tops in active infections with 1,024, Jeddah with 821 and Makkah with 790 active corona cases.
- Saudi Arabia has administered more than 18.58 million (18,588,194) doses of the vaccine against Covid-19 all over the Kingdom, In which first doses are 16,792,999 and second doses are 1,795,195, while the elder persons received 1,376,283 doses. - The total number of Covid-19 tests done in the Kingdom so far reached more than 22.38 million (22,381,007), while in the last 24 hours, the ministry conducted 94,010.
- Today, Asir region tops with 273 new corona infections, Eastern region with 234, Makkah region with 220 and Riyadh region with 206, Jazan with 110, Madina region with 68, Al Baha with 34, Najran with 33, Al Qassim region with 23, Hail region with 16, Tabuk with 14, Northern Borders and Al Jouf region with 8 each.
