- He highlighted that entering the Haram area or the holy sites will not be allowed at all except for those who have been issued a regular Hajj permit from the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, or an electronic permit issued by the Ministry of Interior, if its presence is necessary to serve the pilgrims, and he remind about the existence of a security cordon in the holy sites and the Noble Sanctuary, calling citizens and residents to cooperate in this regard.

- The reception of all Hajj pilgrims will be in 4 locations, including,

* Makkah-Jeddah Road

* Al-Nawwariya

* Al-Shara’i

* Al-Hada and all sites will have small car parking lots, and there is a barcode that will be distributed in this regard. Recommend : 10,000 riyals fine for entering holy places without permit during Hajj season

- For those who are arriving by train, Al-Tuwan stated that, They will be transferred to their nearest location via buses on the Makkah-Jeddah Expressway.

- As for pilgrims from inside Makkah, none of them will be allowed to go to the Haram directly and head to the nearest location according to their desire or their residence.
