Students in Saudi Arabia must take Corona Vaccine before 8th August - Ministry of Health
The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia renewed its call for male and female students of the age group 12 to 18 years to take the Corona vaccine before 8th August, 2021. Follow Saudi Expatriates on Twitter
The ministry through its official Twitter account said, “In order to ensure a safe return to the study in person, we stress the necessity of taking the Corona vaccine for male and female students of the age group 12 to 18 years, explaining that male and female students who did not take the first dose before 8th August will not be able to attend first semester, The time between the 2 doses is 3 weeks.
- The first dose has been booked for them in advance, and they can now be accessed on the Sehhaty app or Tawakkalna app to find out the details of the appointment. Trending : Tawakkalna clarifies on Exempted status category
- Parents of male and female students can view the appointments through the follower service through the Sehhaty application. Whoever took the first dose must take the second dose before the beginning of the first semester.
- Today, Saudi Arabia announced 986 new Corona cases, 1,055 new recoveries and 13 deaths in the last 24 hours, total infections in the Kingdom reaches to 530,981 of which 512,373 recovered with 8,297 deaths.
- Active Corona cases in the Kingdom further falls to 10,311 of which 1,424 are critical and receiving treatment in intensive cares. Recommend : World Health Organization calls rich countries to suspend 3rd dose of Corona vaccine
- The number of doses of Corona vaccine administered in Saudi Arabia crosses 28.85 million (28,857,678) doses of which 19.63 million are first doses, 9.22 million are second doses and the elderly people received 1.5 million doses.
