Tawakkalna app explains the procedure of Rescheduling 2nd dose after it was Missed
The “Tawakkalna” application in Saudi Arabia revealed the procedure of rescheduling the 2nd dose of the Corona vaccine, after missing the previous appointment.
This came in response from Tawakkalna platform, after one of the beneficiaries inquired, asking, “I missed the second dose, how can I book it again?” Recommend : Procedure to book appointment for receiving 2nd dose of Corona vaccine
- The official Twitter account of customer service of the “Tawakkalna” application’s responded it stating, “You can rectify it by entering the appointment service and choose to reschedule the appointment.”
- Tawakkalna added that, "A Saudi citizen and resident expatriate who has an account in Absher, after successfully completing the registration with Tawakkalna, can use his mobile number to identify other people through Tawakkalna app who do not have an account in Absher as continued, guaranteed or other."
