UAE allows Fully vaccinated residents from India, Pakistan and 4 other countries, to return from 5th August
United Arab Emirates (UAE) announced that it would allow fully vaccinated residents from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Nigeria and Uganda, starting from 5th August.
The General Civil Aviation Authority and National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) said that those who have UAE's valid residence permit can return to UAE.
- However, those who wants to return from banned countries must need to apply for online entry permits before their travel and must present a negative PCR test certificate with QR code taken within 48 hours before their departure. Another PCR test will be conducted upon arrival, followed by home quarantine. Trending : Only fully vaccinated students can return to school in person from August in Saudi Arabia
- Travelers who met this criteria can return back to UAE, however, they must have passed 14 days since they received the second dose, they must hold vaccination certificates approved by official authorities of those countries.

- The authority in UAE has also decided to lift a ban on transit passengers, if they present a negative PCR test certificate taken within 72 hours of their departure. However, they also need to provide final destination approval. Follow Saudi Expatriates on Telegram
