Kuwait announces the Return of Normal Life, Lifts restrictions for Vaccinated people
The Prime Minister of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah announced the return to a cautious normal life in the country, entering the 5th and final phase of the plan to return to normal life, and canceling precautionary decisions to confront the (Covid-19) epidemic for the vaccinated.
During a press conference, he said "Today we are facing a new responsibility entitled 'Kuwait after the pandemic', preparation for it began months ago, we will all rise in Kuwait and achieve the aspirations of the Emir of the country and his crown prince in the elevation of Kuwait and its people."
- He highlighted that the successes in facing the crisis outweighed the mistakes and reduced the damage. - The Kuwaiti Cabinet assigns the Civil Aviation administration to implement 3rd phase of the plan to operate Kuwait International Airport with its full capacity from 24th October 2021.
- The spokesperson of the Kuwaiti government, Tariq Al-Marzam stated that, Kuwait has taken a set of decisions that include assigning the Ministry of Times and Islamic Affairs to allow the return of worshipers without social distancing, taking into account the procedures for vaccination and wearing a mask.

- The spokesperson also added that, in addition to removing mandatory mask in public open spaces and sticking to it in closed places, with the exception of restaurants and cafes.
