Ministry of Health reveals the position of below 12 years of age from receiving Corona Vaccine
The spokesperson of the Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia, Dr. Muhammad Al-Abdali said that the corona vaccine for those who are below 12 years is still under study and research.
During Today's press conference, he explained that there are studies on giving the corona vaccine to those below 12 year old, stating that when there are developments in this matter, they will be announced in a timely manner.

- The spokesperson of the Ministry of Health said that corona pandemic is still present, highlighting that easing of procedures in the Kingdom is one of the commitment gains.
- Al-Abdali clarified that the return to normal life does not mean the end of the corona pandemic. He added that Saudi Arabia has achieved gains and eased procedures and did not cancel them, the pandemic continues and has not ended.
- Today (On 24th October), Saudi Arabia recorded 47 new corona infections, 36 recoveries and 2 deaths in the last 24 hours, the total infection in the Kingdom reaches to 548,252 of which 537,282 recovered with 8,778 deaths. - Active cases of Corona in the Kingdom slightly raised to 2,192 of which 79 are critical and are in intensive cares. Jeddah tops in active cases with 229, Riyadh with 185, while Madina is with 94 active corona cases.
- Saudi Arabia has given more than 45.25 million (45,256,176) doses of Corona vaccine all over the Kingdom, of which 21.17 million (21,175,268) people received 2 doses, while 24.08 million (24,080,908) people received 1 dose and the elderly people received 1,694,382 doses of vaccine against Covid-19.
