The program for serving the guests of Rahman succeeded with distinction in easing the hosting of the pilgrims of the Two Holy Mosques, to enrich the religious and cultural experience by preparing tourist and cultural sites, as well as reflecting the honorable and civilized image of the Kingdom in the service of the Two Holy Mosques.

- The recent inauguration of the Virtual Reality Initiative of the Black Stone by The General President of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, Dr. Sheikh Abdul Rahman al-Sudais, is part of the goals of the Doyof Al-Rahman Program (DARP) in its discussion, which includes enriching the experience of Rahman's guests on their journey to Umrah and Hajj to introduce guests to the services provided at the Two Holy Mosques. - Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, in the presence of the Director General of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research at Umm Al-Qura University, Dr. Turki Al-Amr, launched the Black Stone virtual reality initiative.

- Dr. Turki bin Suleiman Al-Amro, chief of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research, said that virtual reality technology is one of the modern technologies that are used in many applications such as education, training, awareness, simulation of reality, experimenting with plans before implementation, and so on.

- He continued saying, The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research, in cooperation with the General Presidency, designed a model of the Black Stone using virtual reality technology, in addition to a stereoscopic work of the Black Stone in what is known as mixed reality. To enhance the plans of the pilgrims service program, this model is characterized by the fact that it was designed with the same realistic dimensions of the Black Stone, and is characterized by high accuracy in details. - This model can be used in many applications, such as educating pilgrims and worshipers and enriching their experience, by displaying the model in permanent and traveling exhibitions.

- It can also be used to test crowd-management plans before implementing them on the ground. This is in addition to the possibility of using the model in education and training. This project came within an integrated plan that the Institute is working to implement for the landmarks of the Two Holy Mosques and the two holy cities using virtual reality technology and augmented reality.

- The General President, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, pointed out the importance of the program for serving the pilgrims, working on the comfort and service of the pilgrims, providing a transformative experience of faith for the pilgrims, and upgrading the system of services provided to the pilgrims. - The pilgrims service program seeks to provide a transformative spiritual experience for the pilgrims by facilitating and easing procedures to host more pilgrims, and preparing Islamic history sites in a way that ensures the enrichment of the religious experience.
