Correct timings for exposure to Sunlight in Winter and Summer - Health


The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia has clarified the appropriate and proper times for exposure to sunlight in order to benefit from vitamin D and avoid its damage to the skin. Trending : Lack of Sleep risks your health and know its related diseases







Jeddah Health through its Twitter stated that, what is said that sitting next to the window is sufficient for the body to take its appropriate share of vitamin D, is incorrect. Recommend : Importance of Figs in maintaining integrity of Teeth and bones

- The Health Ministry added that direct exposure to the sun is recommended at the following correct times, during the Winter season, it is from 10 AM in the morning until 2 PM in the afternoon.

- While in the Summer, it is from 8:30 AM in the morning until 10:30 AM in the morning, and from 2 PM in the afternoon until 4 PM in the afternoon. Follow Saudi Expatriates on Telegram
