Saudi Food and Drug Authority clarifies the importance of Figs, Whole Fruits and Vegetables and Drinking Water
The Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) pointed out the importance of figs in maintaining the integrity of teeth and bones. The authority also clarified on eating whole some of Fruit and Vegetable and specifies the number of glasses water you need to drink per day.
The authority in an infographic, which was published on its official Twitter account said, that figs and prickly pears are among the fruits rich in Calcium, which is necessary to maintain healthy teeth and bones. See Also : The per capita portion of Meat is 70 gm per day for an individual
- The SFDA motivated for eating figs in order to contribute to maintaining the integrity of teeth and bones, maintaining general health, and avoiding health problems that may result from a lack of calcium in the body.
Eat whole Fruit or Vegetable than making it a Juice :
- Earlier this, The Food and Drug Authority issued an advice calling individuals to eat whole fruits and vegetables instead of turning them into Juices, in order to get the adequate amount of Fiber. Recommend : SFDA warns of legal accountability for promoters of unknown products
Drink enough Water in a Day :
