Rapid test of Corona virus detects the Infected cases early and Limits its spread
The Ministry of Health had highlighted the importance of a rapid test of the corona virus, explaining that the result of the test appears 3 hours after the swab sample is taken.
The health ministry said the rapid test aims to early detection of infected cases with corona and limits its spread.
- The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia announced the registration of 5,499 new corona infections, 2,078 recoveries and 2 deaths, after performing 157,380 corona tests in the last 24 hours. - The total corona cases in the Kingdom raises to 599,044 of them 555,035 recovered with 8,901 deaths, so far the Kingdom has performed 34,885,540 covid-19 tests since the beginning of the pandemic in the Kingdom.
- Corona active cases in Saudi Arabia further increased to 35,108 of them 262 cases are critical and are in intensive cares of the hospitals and medical facilities. Since Yesterday 44 cases joined critical care units.
- Saudi Arabia confirmed that it has administered 53,384,336 doses of corona vaccine all over the Kingdom through its 587 vaccination centers, Of them 4,797,112 are booster doses and the elderly people received 1,925,953 doses of vaccine against corona virus. - The Ministry of Health's statistics report shows, over 23.41 million (23,417,536) doses are 2nd doses of corona vaccine, while 25,169,688 people received only one dose of the corona vaccine.
- The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Health, Dr. Muhammad Al-Abdali earlier said that Corona vaccine contributed significantly in reducing the impact of the Corona virus, and reducing its complications.
