Decrease in the number of drivers in the Kingdom, as Saudi Women started driving
The General Authority for Statistics in Saudi Arabia revealed in its report that, a decrease in the number of vehicle drivers in the Kingdom by about 200,000. Follow Saudi Expatriates on Google News
This is due to women started driving cars, which contributed to the sufficiency for some families and their lack of need to bring a private house driver from outside the Kingdom.

- The General Authority for Statistics report also showed a decline in the number of housemaids and house cleaning workers to 1.4 million during the same period in the year 2021, compared to 1.6 million in the year 2020, while the number of house managers increased from 2101 to 2488.

- The report also specifies, home farmers decreased from 2,536 to 2,238, tailors from 1,462 to 1,301, and home nurses from 2,959 to 1,947 nurses, during the third quarter of the year 2021 compared to the same period in the year 2020.
