Public Prosecution warns against employing Intruders, with a penalty of 15 years Jail and 1 million fine


The Public Prosecution in Saudi Arabia stated that infiltration into the Kingdom is a major crime that requires arrest, which poses a threat to societal, economic and health security, warning its committer against facing heavy penalties.







The Public Prosecution explained that the penalty prescribed in this regard applies to anyone who employs the violator, helps in his entry, transports him, provides him shelter, or provides him with any assistance or service. - The Prosecution said that the penalties for the crime of employing an infiltrator into the Kingdom are imprisonment for a period of not less than 5 years and up to 15 years, and a fine of up to 1 million riyals.

- The authority also said including the above penalties, the seizure of the means used in the crime, and seizure of the residence especially prepared to house the illegal, or used for this purpose only. Recommend : Penalty for seizing others money in any means in the Kingdom
