12 people of different nationalities injured after a Houthi drone attack at Abha International Airport


Saudi Air Defenses have intercepted a Houthi drone targeting Abha International Airport. The Arab Coalition announced that 12 people of different nationalities were injured as a result of attack on Thursday afternoon. Follow Saudi Expatriates on Twitter



Among the injured people, two Saudi nationals, four Bangladeshis, three Nepalis, one Indian, one Filipino and a Srilankan.

- Debris of the intercepted drone reportedly fell within the quarter of the airport. Air traffic had returned to normal about an hour after the usual safety procedures of drone attack, stated Arab Coalition. - The coalition highlighted taking firm operational measures in response to the threat of targeting civilian airports and travelers, added the coalition spokesperson in a statement to Saudi Press Agency.
