Saudi Arabia registers 3,861 corona cases, 4,377 recoveries and 1 Death in the last 24 hours and on 1st February
The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia registered 3,861 new corona infections, 4,377 recoveries and just one death in the last 24 hours and on 1st February 2022, after performing 145,535 covid-19 tests.
The total corona virus cases in the Kingdom reaches to 691,125 of them 644,730 recovered with 8,941 deaths due to the complications with the virus. So far the health ministry has performed over 38 million (38,017,744) corona tests since the beginning of the pandemic.
- Corona active cases further drops to 37,454 of them 981 are critical and are receiving treatment in intensive cares of the hospitals and medical facilities. Since Yesterday 14 cases shifted to critical care. Trending : Saudi Foundation Holiday is for both private and public sector workers
- Riyadh tops in the list of active corona cases with 12,219, Jeddah with 4,283, Makkah with 2,188, Dammam with 1,571, Hofouf with 1,455 and Madina with 1,146 active covid-19 infections.
- The Saudi government has administered over 57.39 million (57,397,255) doses of corona vaccine to Saudi nationals, resident expats and visitors, all over the Kingdom and its regions through its 587 vaccination centers. - The Ministry of Health announced that more than 8.12 million (8,123,473) booster doses administered, 25.56 million (25,567,183) first doses and 23.7 million (23,706,599) second doses given in the Kingdom.
- Yesterday, the Minister of Health, Fahd AL-Jalajil announced that Saudi Arabia ranked 2nd in the Bloomberg's COVID Resilience Ranking for January 2022, as most flexible countries in dealing with corona virus.
