Saudi Moroor specified the period of using International Driving License in Saudi Arabia
The General Directorate of Traffic (Moroor) in Saudi Arabia revealed the specific period for using a recognized international or foreign driving license in the Kingdom. Join Saudi Expatriates Whatsapp group
This came in response from Saudi Muroor after an inquiry from one person, who asked, what is the extent to which the visitor can be allowed to use the international driving license and what it the specific period for using it.
- Saudi Moroor explained that the period for using a recognized international or foreign driving license is set for 1 year from the date of visitor entry into the Kingdom, or the expiry of license validity period, which ever comes first. Conditions for replacing a foreign private driver's license :
Earlier this, Saudi moroor clarified the conditions and requirements for replacing a foreign private driver's license, Traffic department set the below conditions which must be completed in order to benefit from this service.
1. Completing the required Form data
2. 4 Photographs of size 4x6.
3. A copy of ID card for Saudi Nationals, A copy of residence and passport for non-Saudi nationals.
4. Bring Id from the sponsor for non-Saudis

6. Translation of foreign license including original one.
7. Get a file in order to save the papers.
