GACA issues instructions to Airlines operating in the Kingdom on travel conditions after lifting suspension
The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) in Saudi Arabia issued its instructions to airlines operating in the Kingdom, regarding lifting the precautionary and preventive measures related to combating the Corona pandemic.
GACA confirmed of lifting the suspension of direct entry to the Kingdom from the suspended countries, of South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique, Malawi, Mauritius, Zambia, Madagascar, Angola, Seychelles, Comoros, Nigeria, Ethiopia and Afghanistan. - The Civil Aviation Authority explained the decisions include, not requiring the submission of a negative result for an approved “PCR” test before coming to Saudi Arabia, and canceling the application of institutional quarantine and home quarantine on those coming to the Kingdom.
The Authority also referred several conditions related to the decisions after the lifting the precautions and they are
* Those coming to Kingdom on all kinds of visit visas required to have medical insurance, to cover the costs in case of infection with Covid-19.

* Citizens departing from Saudi Arabia to receive a booster dose of corona vaccine, for those who spent 3 months after receiving the 2nd dose, with the exception of the age group who are below 16 years of age and the exempted groups as per their status in Tawakkalna.
* Saudi citizens who are under the age of 18 years required to get a travel insurance policy that covers the risk of Corona virus. Join Saudi Expatriates channel on imo mobile app
