Country wise rankings of World Happiness Index for the Year 2022, Saudi Arabia ranks 25th
Saudi Arabia continued its progress worldwide in the happiness index for the year 2022, as per the report issued by the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network (UNSDSN), which measures happiness indicators yearly for about 156 countries in the world.
The indicators measured by the report showed that Saudi Arabia's steady progress in the ranking of the happiest peoples since 2017 until this year 2022, in light of progress in achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, and its flexible capabilities to adapt the needs of the development of quality of life in its various sectors.
The Kingdom was distinguished in terms of Gross Domestic Product, Social support, Healthy life expectancy, Freedom to make life decisions, in addition to generosity and confronting corruption. See Also : Saudi Arabia tops in the list of strongest Gulf Armies for the year 2022
- Saudi Arabia had strengthened social support projects and economic programs that contributed to overcoming the results of corona pandemic and the efforts contributed to Kingdom's steady progress, the happiness index globally.
- Finland tops in the list of happiness index for the year 2022 with 7.821 points in life evaluation rating, then Denmark with 7.63 points, Iceland ranks 3rd, Switzerland ranked 4th, Netherlands at 5th place, Luxembourg in 6th place, Sweden in 7th, Norway in 8th, Israel in 9th and New Zealand manages to get 10th position.
- Australia on 12th place, Canada on 15th, USA on 16th, UK on 17th, Bahrain ranked 21st place in world, UAE on 24th, Saudi Arabia on 25th, Kuwait on 50th place, Philippines on 60th place, Nepal on 84th place, Indonesia on 87th place, Bangladesh on 94th position, Pakistan ranked 121st, Sri Lank got 127th place, Egypt on 129th place, India on 136th place, while Afghanistan is on the last 146th place.
