Imprisonment and Fine for impersonating Health professions - Saudi Public Prosecution
The Public Prosecution in Saudi Arabia announced that it is not allowed to take any external appearances that would create a false belief among public, regarding the character of a person by improperly practicing any of the health profession. Join Saudi Expatriates on Telegram
The prosecution added that such practices, which consist in using a means of propaganda that would lead the public to believe in their entitlement to practice health professions, opposite to the truth. See Also : Employing an intruder is a crime and this is the penalty for it in Saudi Arabia
- The prosecution authority also warned against impersonating as health professionals, or one of the titles which usually gives to health practitioners and professions.
- The authority also warned against the presence of machines or equipment that are usually used in the practice of health professions, without being licensed to practice such professions or without having a legitimate reason to process them.
- The Saudi Public Prosecution highlighted that those who practice such practices are subject to a penalty of up to 6 months jail term and a fine of up to 100,000 Saudi riyals. Recommend : Commercial fraud in any product is a crime, which requires arrest
