Saudi Arabia blacklists 25 people and Entities, Frozen all of its funds and assets


Saudi Arabia blacklisted 25 people and companies on last Thursday for their involvement in facilitating and financing activities for the Houthis. The Kingdom's Presidency of State Security in coordination with the US Treasury Department finalized these list of 25 people and entities.







These classification of individuals includes 3 Yemeni nationals, 2 Syrians, 2 Indians, 1 Greek, 1 Somali and 1 British national and their names listed below.

List of Blacklisted Individuals :

1. Chiranjeev Kumar Singh (Indian)

2. Abdo Abdullah Dael Ahmed (Yemeni)

3. Konstantinos Starvridis (Greek)

4. Saeed Ahmed Muhammad Al-Jamal (Yemeni)

7. Hani Abdul Majid Muhammad Asaad (Yemeni)

8. Abdi Nasser Ali Mahmoud (British)

10. Abdul Jalil Mallah (Syrian)

- Saudi Arabia has frozen all the assets of the listed Individuals and entities. It is also prohibited to carry out any direct or indirect dealings with them, for them or on their behalf, by financial institutions, designated non-financial professions and businesses and all legal and natural persons. Legal measures will be taken against those who establishes the relationship with the blacklisted individuals and entities.




- According to the Presidency, these actions were taken based on the Law on Combating Terrorism Crimes and its Financing, and the executive mechanisms for UN Security Council resolutions related to combating terrorism and its financing, including Security Council Resolution, which targets those who carry out such acts or those who provide support to them, added the statement.
